ELASTIČNI GIT 4.(TP-WG-4MS) NA BAZI SINTETIČKIH SMOLA SA OTAPALIMA

  • PRIMENA 4. (TP-WG-4MP): Git ima veoma široku primenu, ali je pre svega namenjen za gitovanje prodora cevi (od plastike, gusa, metala, lima i keramike) kroz zidove, podove i plafone (od betona, opeke i kamena) a koristi se i za gitovanje dilatacija i pukotina.
  • KARAKTERISTIKE: Elastičan je, ostvaruje dobru adheziju sa podlogom, dobro prijanja za beton, opeku, kamen, cementni malter, plastiku, gus, pocinkovani i bakarni lim, za brzovezujući materijal 3. (TP-FI-4MS) , za TEXASPENETRAT MALTER i TEXASPENETRAT premaze. Kada git ugradimo po obimu cebi u šlic, na prodoru kroz zid ili u diletaciju, pa ga odozgo zatvorimo TEXASPENETRAT MALTEROM, ostaje bez prisustva vazduha i biće trajno plastično elastičan.
  • TEHNIČKE KARAKTERISTIKE: Detaljno obrađene u prospektu za (TP-4MS) sa tehnologijom izvođenje za izvođače.
  • PRIPREMA ZA UGRADNJU: Git pre ugradnje dobro izmešati mikserom ili mistrijom do ujednačene kozistencije. Git razređujemo manjim dodavanjem tečnog (otapala WG). Ukoliko na gradilištu nemamo (otapalo WG), git se može razrediti sa malo benzina. Ako nam treba git gušće kozinstencije, u njega dodamo malo portland cementa.

  • UGRADNJA: Git ugrađujemo na mestima dilatiranja dva materijala. Kao primer Detalj f.) prodor cevi kroz beton koji je napadnut podzemnom vodom. Prvo po obimu oko cevi ištemujemo šlic širine 4-7cm, dubine 7-10cm. Zatvarmo – blindiramo vodu u dnu šlica sa brzovezujućim 3. (TP-FI-4MS). Kada zatvorimo vodu izvodimo dva premaza (TP-4MS). Sa ređim gitom četkom premazujemo u tanjem sloju po obimu deo cevi i dno šlica. Posle premaza (TP-WG-4MS) utiskujemo git (TP-WG-4MS) uz pomoć pištolja, špahtle, mistrije, ili ruke u debljini do 20mm. Preko gita utiskivanjem ugrađujemo TP MALTER.

ELASTIC PUTTY 4.(TP-WG-4MS) ON THE BASE OF SYNTETIC RESINS WITH SOLVENT

  • APPLICATION OF4.(TP-WG-4MS): This putty has very large scale of application but in the first place, it is using for sealing of the pipe penetration (made of plastic, pig iron, steel and ceramics) through the vvalls, floors and ceilings (made of concrete, bricksand stones) and alsoforthesealing of thejointsand cracks.
  • CHARACTERISTICS: It is elastic, has excellent adhesion on the ground, such as concrete, bricks, stone, cement mortar, plastic, pig iron, zinc coated and copper sheets, for fast impact (3)(TP-FI-4MS) for TEXASPENETRAT-MORTAR and TEASPENETRAT coats. When we put putty round perimeter of the pipe, in to the channel on the place of pipe penetration through the wall or into thejoint and then cover it with the TEASPENETRAT-MORTAR, we are surethat without presence of theair, puttywill permanentlystay in plasto-elasticform.

  • PREPARATION FOR THE EXECUTION: putty should be well mixed with the help of mixer or spatula until you get even consistency. Putty can be diluted with (solvent WG), or if we don’t have that solvent, with gasoline. If we need thicker consistency weadd Portland cement.

  • APPLICATION: We put putty in the place of jointing of two different materials. For example: Detail f.) penetration of the pipe trought the concrete which has been attacked by underground water. First of all, round the perimeter, cut the channel wide 4-7cm and deep 7-10cm. We seal bottom of the channel with fast binding material (3.) (TP-FI-4MS) to stop the water. When flowing of water is stopped we put two coats of (TP-4MS). Thinner layerof the putty should be applied round the perimeter of the pipe and on the bottom of the channel. Aftre thet, we do sealing with the putty by means of pistol, spatula or hand. Up to the thickness of 20mm over the putty we put TP-MORTAR.
